2. If you do decide to sell your land don’t sell it for cheap. Make sure you know what other mega site projects real estate agents have purchased land for. Don’t just settle on a price; investigate first.
3.Be aware that the agents that are confronting you are pro’s and know all the ins, outs and loop holes. Be AWARE and make sure you don’t sign anything until you have a real estate attorney with you.
4. Finally, post a no trespassing sign. These signs are enforceable by law and will keep the unwanted guests off your property.
